    The explaination was clear mam. Thankyou for the video. I am having one doubt. In the video you said that the reference input is having low and stable frequency whereas the output of VCO is having high and unstable frequency. In order to avoid this we are comparing it with reference signal through feedback path to synchronize and to get stability. But the output of PLL is having phase difference constant and same frequency. So if frequency is getting same as reference that is low frequency than what's the necessity of PLL? Because Phase is getting constant and frequency is also same as reference. Please clarify on this

    Mam is the diagram correct ? Q bar should drive the transistor at discharge and also the output stage should invert the Q bar output thus providing same output as Q
